INDUSTRIAL Specialized Chemical CleaningA&D’s capabilities in the chemical cleaning field are by far the most cost competitive and comprehensive in the industry. Cleaning services can include heat exchangers (tube side or shell side), boilers, process piping, or much more. An emphasis is placed on conducting chemical cleaning operations in the most safe and cost-effective manner. Facility DecontaminationA&D conducts full facility decontamination projects on a regular basis for a wide array of industries such as foundries, engineered wood, paper mills, chemical plants, petroleum plants, and resin manufacturers. In addition, transportation and disposal services are available with a licensed fleet of transport vehicles. Pit/Sump/Oil Water Separator System Servicing and CleaningVacuum truck-assisted services for the removal of liquids, sludge and solids include high pressure cleaning, repair and maintenance of pits, sump, and oil/water separators. Any waste materials generated from these services are transported and disposed of in accordance with local, state and federal regulations. High Pressure Water-Blasting (From 3,000 p.s.i. to Ultra-High 40,000 p.s.i. up to 40 gpm) and Line cleaning from 1/8” inside diameter and largerA&D provides high pressure water blasting, washing, surface preparation, tank cleaning, pipe cleaning and line “moling” including “non-entry” cleaning services for many confined spaces such as tanks, pits and boilers. Through the use of high pressure two-dimensional or three-dimensional Roto-Jet tools, the entire interior of tanks, vessels and pits can be cleaned without requiring confined space entry and in half the time normally needed. The cost savings associated with hydro-blasting and the utilization of efficient tools save production costs and manufacturing downtime adding additional benefits for clients. The safety factors alone provided by remote, non-entry cleaning have enabled A&D to expand hydro-blasting operations into areas that other companies are unable to perform. Our staff has a combined experience of over 90 years of industrial cleaning services, including tank, vessel and pit, piping, exchanger and boiler cleaning services. Pumping ServicesA&D provides vacuum and pumping service using specialized equipment for the bulk handling of liquid and solid dry materials. Our fully trained personnel meet OSHA standards and operate the equipment. This process is used to remove materials from oil/water separators, sumps, drains, ponds, and other wet/dry applications. Process Equipment CleaningA&D provides process equipment cleaning. We utilize a combination of equipment that consists of wet/dry vacuum trucks, hydroblasting, to chemical cleaning, etc. Video Line InspectionsA&D provides in-line inspection of pipe interiors using remote operated video equipment. Wet/Dry Vacuum ServicesA&D provides both wet/dry vacuum services. Our in house equipment helps A&D provide these services in a timely manner. Combustible Dust RemovalA&D provides cost effective solutions to combustible dust removal. We utilize mobile equipment for vacuuming of combustible dust. Non-hazardous solids accumulated will be manifested for off-site transportation and disposal. |
